After a month of waiting (shipping was supposed to take 2 days via fedex), and being given a runaround by their customer service department, my order still had not arrived. I looked their business address up on google maps, and it turns out, they are located in a house in the middle of a residential neighborhood. Placed my order a month ago but didn't receive my gear; sent a few email inquiries along the way with no answer. Finally called the number listed on the website, spoke with a very short/rude employee who told me the item I ordered wasn't in stock and would not ship for another two weeks at the earliest. Bought a new Epson printer from these crooks it turned out to be second hand not new because there were no inks. When I complained they said that because it was cheap it came with no Epson ink and they supplied their own brand inks, well I put their own brand inks in and it messed the print up. I purchased a Philips HX6911 electric toothbrush on 5/24/08. It died on 10/5/08 and was warranty replaced 10/20/08. The second one died on 7/15/09 and was warranty replaced on 7/20/09. I sent my smartphone that I didn't use anymore to Full Circle Wireless. The phone worked fine and was only a year and a half old; I just got a new one because my plan allowed me to.
