MQCO
On December 2, 2010, my bank notified me that there was a strange transaction made on my account of 24.95. The listed transaction name was MQCO. The teller at the bank gave me a phone number of 877-450-8663. I informed her that this was a fraud company and I would try to call them to get them to return my money. As per to-date, I have call and left messages on an answering machine with no return calls. I have no idea where MQCO obtain my name, bank account information and etc. I will put a stop payment on the account, however, this will cost me another $10. I am in the process of contacting the media to alert others of MQCO thefts. read full review »

I am very dissatified with my dealings with J K Behan Roofing in Melbourne, Fl. They seemed OK but the bottom line is that I find them not to be the type of company I would ever recommend to anyone. They do business out of a side street operation off EauGallie where service is far from what is expected. I find them to be unethical, underhanded and ultimately a company that I do not recommend. This is just my observation...proceed at your own risk...and remember to choose your roofer carefully! Charlotte Auto Collection sold me a car that had sustained major body damage, without disclosing the damage. When confronted with the facts, they refused to do anything about it. They originally showed me a Carfax report on the vehicle that was 'clean'; then, oddly enough, they did not include the Carfax report in the paperwork given to me (discovered after looking for the report when the problem came up). I've purchased an electronic cigarette online by Green Smoke. based on the reviews, it happened to be the best one. well its not. Green smoke is a scam and no good. the batters suck i've placed an order thru a video I saw online using coupon code disc10-20844 to save 10% I've recieved 2 batterys with my starter kit and they were great for two months. and then they started to be very bad and Green Smoke replaced the battery and charger free. Poorly done and over priced work. These guys are about 10 years behind on everything. I was told that I had to work with them for the images they provide (not true). I had my site done in a 1/3 of the time by another company at a fraction of the cost and they did a much better job. Stay away. Look at their website and that should tell you enough. The Green Smoke "HIGH QUALITY" Electronic Cigarette is a scam. I've had over 5 batterys replaced and I am NOT happy with there products. Green Smoke is supposed to save you "Green". I recieved a call from A.C.A Recovery representative "Linda Banks", she had claimed they were trying to recover a debt on behalf of Region Yellow Pages. She calimed she was from an attorneys office and that the original bill amount was for $479.95 but with late penalties had risen to $604.95. My mom signed a contract with these characters the week of june 26, 2010, probably around 6/23 to 6/25/10. The only thing that was mentioned at the time that was of primary concern were treating for hornets, spiders and initially cleaning the eaves of the house (hornets nests and cobwebs), and eventually rodent control. My issue is with Smith and Williamson and item (2) Sequelogic Ltd. I was pursuing a claim for compensation against said company when Smith and Williamson were appointed. Paperwork regarding the claim was passed to outside bodies and suppressed in addition to incorrect notices being placed. Despite the Insolvency Act, Theft Act and Data Protection Act, the ICAEW elected to take no action upon complaint. Just keeps saying contact an operator if help is needed dialing this number. Agent's name was Russell Tonne - don't ever deal with these people. They are simply scam artists; now we are one more "taken" customer who now knows better. Have worthless paper contract, no sales of timeshare, but am a lot wiser now. I'm only hear to tell you of my disgust over a recent defective exhaust manifold I purchased here in Tacoma, 98409. Don't be taken in by Home Warranty Protection. These companies take your money, but if you submit a claim, they will look for every loophole in the contract not to pay the claim. Instead of paying for a worthless warranty, put the money you would pay for it aside every year and should you need a repair you will have the money to pay a legitimate contractor to fix it instead of paying a rip-off home warranty company. read full review »

I cancelled TWO of my own clients for an opportunity to work with what I believed to be a national company. As of today, December 8, 2010 I have not been compensated for my time. I found a great price for a boxed DVD set as a present. I ordered from FunTVShop.com. When the package arrived from China yesterday, the red flag went up. It's a pirated set. First, he couldn't get my wall-mounted TV off the wall. Then, he took it away to diagnose the problem. Couldn't find anything wrong. Then, he "remembered" that another customer had the same problem (green screen, then black screen/no picture), and that the cable TV box was the problem. Sure enough, that was it. Our company was doing business with these individuals by providing content for various mobile carriers (Verizon, AT&T, etc.) in which the group was obtaining revenue from the sales of the content from the carriers.
The group would send out invoices for our payment, and once we would send back the confirmed invoices, we would send back the invoices to be paid.

On Nov.3, 2010 I signed up for a Free Trial membership with Savings Ace because they promised a $20 rebate check for the airfare. Look elsewhere for your movers ... they called me the morning of the move to say they weren't coming because the truck broke down. I didn't believe this excuse because there were trucks at Ryder available to rent and they avoided that with yet another excuse. Either they didn't have the man power or they chose to take a higher paying job.
