As a gift, my aunt prepaid $100 for a 4 hour deep clean of my home. Angel Bossi came the week of December 14, 2010 stayed for one hour. I have noticed my business number appearing on number investigator listed as an annoying caller this is on there website. I have tried to contact them numerous of times to find out if the complaint can be removed from there website. The information given says they will return your call if you email them or leave a message on the phone number given. I have done both and have not received any call back from this company. On 10/4/10 the sweater was ordered from the company via eBay. The sweater size 2X was sent to me but their 2X didn't fit so it was returned to them per their instructions and a size 3X was requested. Buyer Beware! They put a $265 hold on my credit card for 2 weeks for a 1 night stay. The room was prepaid, but they asked for my credit card in case there were incidentals. Company uses deceptive advertising to fraudulently entice customers. When we pointed it out to them, they became very defensive and rude. We had to submit a claim to our credit card company to get our money back for several services that they were to have provided and did not. We had to provide taped recordings of all of our calls with the company to prove the fraud. I bought the truck new, 2008 F350 diesel, the water in fuel light would come on all the time, I would keep draining it and when I took it in to have it checked they found no problems, I kept in serviced and changed out the fuel filters. The last time I changed the fuel filter the light quit coming on, with 8000 miles on the fuel filter the truck quit... TV advertising misleading on price and shipping and handling. They say you get a second unit free but don't specifically tell you that a $14.95 shipping and handling charge is added for the second unit. They only provide One set of specialty insert pans even though you are sent two units. If you wants to buy a second set of pans it will cost you and additional $19.90. I took my 2002 Ranger in for an oil change. The tech @ service writer said I needed a total of $1, 085.00 of work on my truck. They led me to beleave this work was of a priority because it was in the front suspension @ engine. I took my truck to another repair shop @ was told all I needed was the coolant flush ($100.00) . I hired Sharp Ace Contractors to renovate two bathrooms, kitchens, and refinish the floor throughout my duplex. Among the many issues that I had throughout the project, and the fact that the project took 6 months to complete. The final walk through of the project was atrocious.
