ESBI appears to be a third-party that is "cramming" an authorized charge for this Nationwide Assist service onto our Century Link bill. Our Century Link account is for phone/cable/internet. The charges were never authorized. Century Link will only remove them month-to-month each time we complain. Our company purchased a Crown RC3020 Electric Forklift that was stated as being "just serviced, runs great, newer tires, looks almost perfect". Also stated they could arrange freight for around $500 to most of the western US and to call for freight quote. In this apartment complex, they have had 2 big fires in a 6 to 8 month period. The first fire destroyed an entire bldg., and the only thing that was left was the slab and one wall. The second fire destroyed 7 apartments in that bldg., but the only thing that they have done is put a fence that is not locked around the bldg. No response so I emailed them again. Nothing and then a $7.99 fee per month for 2 months.
