It looks bad on their part to have a customer request closing an account due to poor service so they find ways to close on the customer. I requested in sept to close the account due to poor service. The heater in my dual climate control jeep does not work properly. I have been researching this problem and found that I am not the only one with the issue. The problem seems to be fixed by doing one of two things, I could take it to the dealer and pay anywhere between $1, 00 - $2, 500 to have them fix it or I could buy an aftermarket part from a company called heatertreater for $150 dollars and do it myself (which requires cutting things behind my glove box). I ordered what I thought was a trial bottle of Diet Max for $1.49. I received the order within a few days, however, money has been taken out of my checking account four (4) times since then including a charge of $87.47. The pills came in an envelope with nothing in it except for the bottle of pills.
