One of the worst customer service experiences ever. The staff at this location is extremely rude. It's rare to encounter people who are so inconsiderate and oblivious to customers needs. I experiences a few minor problems with my rental truck, and instead of helping me, they continually blamed me and threatened to lump on additional charges. After signing the agreement with this company the nightmare began. Everything was scheduled, the day before pickup the schedule person called and insisted they be allowed to pick up furniture 6 hours earlier than scheduled. Drop off was scheduled for 1 week later. I received a damaged TV from Vanns. I placed the order last week. The TV was finally at the shippers location yesterday, the day of delivery. IBSN has not refunded the tax preparation fees that I had paid them. Its been 7 months now and I have tried every possible way to communicating with them. Based on an initial estimation of my tax refund, I paid them a fee and after I got the detailed statement I found a number of issues with the initial estimation and the final refund was much lower. They were to refund the difference in fees of more than $200 but they have never paid it back in spite of repeated follow up with them. My insurance did not cover a basic gyn exam and testings due to an error on their part (united healthcare.) I called many times and it was fixed several times. United assured me it was fixed and that the bills would be paid within 90 days.
