I went to Builders Warehouse Northgate to get some Plascon paint samples, only to be told that they do not have paint samples and that I needed to buy the 1l paint to test. The 1l is R99.99 and that would mean that I would need to pay in excess of R1000.00 to test the paint colour. We have an account with Afrox; this account is in a total shambles due to the incompetence of their staff. We have been unable to resolve various account issues and are pushed from one person to the next. This problem has been going on for more than a year. We received a credit for R7 000 for incorrect billing. After presuming that this had finally been resolved we are starting to receive accounts for same thing that was supposed to have been resolved. Bad choice for online training. Product was exceptional in content but no way you can complete a 10 Hour Osha Course in 10 Hours. They require a mouse click every 4 to 60 seconds averaging which is crazy. You have to wait for the voice to finish before you can go the the next screen etc. It took me 15 hours to complete and lets assume I wasted 2 hours by not getting to the advance button soon enough. I bought a Skagen watch over a year ago. It's been great, but the band needs to be replaced. It's a special type of band that I can't find anywhere. I went to the Skagen website and was a little surprised to discover that if I wanted a replacement, I had to print out a form and mail it in. Oh well, I did, and never heard anything.
