I recently called Progress energy customer service to get an extension on an electric bill. The reason for this is because of an oversight by my wife who used the wrong account and method of payment. She used the regular account which is my account and that account is currently tapped out due to the fact that I am out on FMLA. (Had hip surgery). The payment returned unpaid. I got my service with Comcast in February 2010 after moving into another house. My problem started in June 2010 when I lost have the channels I had been getting. We have one box on the main TV and then just regular cable for the three TV's upstairs (just basic cable for $26 a month). Haltrex systems seem to have a modus operandi whereby they phone small businesses and lure them into trying their service. They deal in PC ink cartridges which turn out to be more expensive than most retailers will charge which also last for a very short time!
