This site has scam written all over it. On 6/1 they had an address listed out of Louisianna and on 6/3 they are now out of Colorado. The phone number goes to a personal number. When you attempt to purchase something the credit card option comes up as inactive and they request that you Western Union Money direct. The Better Business logo on their site is bogus along with the attached report. If you look them up in the BBB they are a F rating not the a+ as stated ontheir site. Total scam! I paid $119 for an adult pop-under marketing campaign which appeared to be yet another running application producing fake referrals. I complained about this to them after the second day but their support email doesn't work and all my emails bounced back. I have tried their sales email but never got any reply. Also never got access to any admin to check on referrals. This company is a rip off, once they have your money you will never hear from them again despite their satisfaction guaranteed or refund policy. I ordered $157 dollars worth of fruit and veggies which included a $38 shipping and handling fee, which i went for, then the order was never shipped. I was charged IMMEDIATELY on my credit card which is not supposed to be charged until actually shipped. Tripmate switched policies and did not honor the "cancel for no reason" policy. My wife and I scheduled a trip with our local church to Israel (Nov 18-27 2010). We paid a total of $6952 for two fares of which $438 was for travel insurance. It appears that the 800 number is just for show as nothing ever seems to get resolved. The customer service forwards the complaint to the hotel, which then nothing ever happens and then customer service apologizes for the hotel. I have filed several complaints over the past year and had to live with unresolved issues, kind of sick of that. This company built a house last year and claimed it would: "offsets minimum utility charges, and offsets mortgage payment" The house needs about 4, 000 more watts of solar on it to be net-zero (offset electric bill) and will never be able to offset the mortgage payment. They just finished another one (photos attached) and the signs claim it will: "eliminate gas & power bills" The house has a small (1.8kw) solar array and has a gas powered fireplace, gas powered range, gas powered hot water heater and a gas powered furnace. I purchased a White Gold chain that was sold to me as a 2.7mm chain. When I received it, it was just over 2.3mm. I contacted Sarraf and told them that they had accidentaly sent me the wrong width chain. (because they do sell as 2.3mm chain) After several correspondences it was explained to me that the 2.34mm chain was in fact the chain that they are selling as a 2.7mm chain. I explained that if I wanted the 2.3mm chain, I would have paid the cheaper price and got that chain. Instead I requested and paid for the 2.7mm chain!! The messages come to the phone and are deleted before opened, but the charge is 9.99 per message. M Walter Roofing put a new roof on my home in July of this year. Their initial estimate was about $3500, and the final cost was over $5000.
