The prior complaint I read is talking about warrenty work through calling Sears to come out to repair there appliance.That company is a nationwide repair service called A&E FACTORY SERVICE, alot of people are getting confused with this company that does the warrenty work for Sears, Whirlpool, Maytag, and Kenmore products. Do not sign a contract with this outfit! They claim to have expertise to recover government HUD funds owed to you. They tell you that you don't need to pay them up front, but they ask you to sign an agreement that says you will give them a 40% portion of the funds recovered no matter when they are recovered no matter who recovers them. Been going here for years, this trip the owners were just simply nasty, didn't apparently want our business. We always come with a group of 10 or more, and in the past have been quite happy. I have had 2 scheduled 4-hour windows with Petro Oil (for annual maintenance/clealing of our water heater) and both times, they have not showed up! My 92 year old mother had a Carrier central cooling system installed. Carrier promised a $300.00 rebate. She was capable of running her own affairs at the time. My complaint is that the form to claim the rebate was so constructed as to increase the failure rate of claimants. Even though they redeclared the same rebate each month, you only had to the end of the month of installation to claim yours. I believe this is a fraudulent site. You cannot email to them and they are non-responsive. The email address they provided is support AT dsquareddvd.com however you cannot email it and all emails are returned as failures. Our two month Epson printer run out of black ink. The store sold us two subsitute ink carteridge black ink.Upon installation the printe would not print or copy due a deffective fake products. We took the Epson printer to the store and the owner spent one hour working on it and failed. I am shipping 3 packages via a friend through IMPEX to Nigeria. They recieved the first of these packages 10th August, 2010 (twelve days ago) and the last on the 18th August, 2010 (5 days ago). I was given an estimate of $350.00 to reinstall my garage door. When the work was completed it suddenly became a $450.00 job. They were here for less than two 1/2 hours. When I questioned the final price I was told that because the door was too large for the rails they had to cut the top off. I recently attended the Build Expo at the Walter E. Washington DC Convention Center on August 18 & 19 2010 as a vendor. They had my credit card number on file and kept charging my credit card year after year even after I had advised them to stop charging my credit card. The last occurence happened in July of 2010. Beware of Liberty Carpet Cleaning/All Floor Care based in Philadelphia/ tri-state area. Their ad claims they can "Remove spots, Deep scrub for Heavy soiled areas, traffic lanes..." so, he was called in for spot removal. I have purchased some movies from this website in February (for 50$). Despite my numerous claims and emails and re-assurance the products will be delivered they had never arrived. The company claimed this was UPS issue, but when I tried to track my parcel using the consignemnt tracking number, I realized UPS has never received any goods. I asked for the refund which I was again re-assured to receive (in June). Now it's end of August, and I haven't received any goods. Nor have I received my money back.
