This is not a company, it's a scam. The address, 2050 Russet Way in Carson City, NV., is a woman, s intimate apparel store. I paid $8500 to receive training, a website and a network of fellow trade brokers. What I received was 3 binders full of data and infomation from government, import/export sites, on how to go about the ex/im business. This support they claimed to have in place was not there. I purchased their product MH1240 (-D), (-01) 800 lb Utility Cart from Sears on 6/2/10. The purchase was based on the product picture that is widely available, then and now. Once assembled, I determined it did not comply with the picture. The cart handle is depicted as leaning back into the cart. My handle would only rest on the ground. I sign up for the free credit report, 6 month before I deploy, the entire deployment I recieved emails that stated my credit report had changed. I would attempt to check my credit report, I would get a pop that stated that I could not pull report because not authorized in the country in which I was deployed. Two weeks after I redeployed back to my duty station, I called to cancel the service, I was told I was not in there system and I should try another experian credit agency. After fixing a bowl of soup and eating a few bites, I noticed a bug in my soup. I went to the counter to let someone know with the soup in tow, the lady then informs me that it must have came in from the air and it's not their fault. Then she proceeds to tell me that I'll get a 15% discount on my next visit. When I inform her that I wont her coming back, she shrugs her shoulders and refuses to comp my buffet. Even if I hadnt found a bug in my found, the service there is horrible. Patrons had to actually track down and go behind counters to get the servers attention for a refill. I purchased 2 sets of Akoya pearl earrings for my wife and 1 pair of Black pearl earrings, and 1 pair of the south seas large white pearl earrings. One of the Akoya 9.5 mm pearls came apart and was lost, and one of the large south sea pearls 11mm came apart and is lost. I purchased these for her and the south sea 11mm for our 25 wedding anniversary present. To say the least she is heart broken and I'm very upset with the quality of the product. I purchased Real Soft Toilet tissue on 7-30-10 for $5.00 and thought it was a very good buy. It stated on pkg. that it was 2 ply but the quality was like 1 ply. Had to use twice as much paper as it was very thin. For 12 "double rolls" it was a very good price but in long run not really. So i was very unhappy purchase and again quality. The next morning at 7:45AM I called Toyota assistance to come pick up the car and repair it as its under warranty and has only 5, 500 miles and is only 6 months old. As stated above we were returning from a wedding in Vegas and my husband and I each had 1 checked suitcase locked with a TSA lock and not carry-on's with the exception of my purse. On 8/5/2010 I was assured by one rep that I would not be charged anything because I was cancelling within the trial period, this was after I was hung up on by 2 other reps. I placed an order with this company expecting UPS Ground delivery. They instead e-mailed me a Fedex number. It was Fedex Home Delivery (lower service). They shipeed later than they claimed with the tracking number causing a 5 day delivery to become a 8 day delivery. Then they shipped to some other address to boot. The company had an excuse for everything and not once did they do anything to rectify the problem or offer at least an apology. poor company! On 7/6/10 I purchased a walmart moneycard/visa.. went right home to acctivate it. I wanted to use it to wire money via westernunion.. In January 2010 I applied with this company for a mortgage modification. I was promised that they would be able to accomplish this. I paid $1250 to them for this and was promised that if they were unable to perform the modification they would refund my money. Its now August 2010 and I still have no mortgage modification and they refuse to refund my money. This company is obviously a scam! Do not believe any company that promises to modify your mortgage!
