I purchased oatmeal at Winn Dixie. Bugs were crawling all through it. This is the second time I've found bugs in a product at that store. The first time I found what looked like maggots in a box of pancake mix. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt the first time, but twice is just too much. The store manager told me that this was normal because we live in Florida. I've been shopping at grocery stores in Florida all my life. I've never seen bugs. This store seems to have a low standard for food safety and sanitation. read full review »

We signed up and paid for a 3 day seminar July 23, 24 25th, 2010. We attened that seminar and signed up for a special package deal and paid a $5, 000 deposit on our credit card on July 24th for the "Diamond Elite Package" a 3 day VIP buying tour with Armando, to be held in Sept. 2010. The above company asked me my credit card information for age verification and now they sent me that my account is to be charged for monthly subscription fees. I was informed that it was free of charge and I would not have consented to give the information had I known that they were using tricks to rob me of my money. I took offers and read ther emails when sent to me as they said, You earn money in your account for every email sent, but when you request your payment you don't receive it .They say it can take up to 90 days but, my 90 days have been up.When you try to email them with a complaint you can't .My server sends the emails back saying delievery failed, address not in system .I tried a computer someplace else to make sure and it returned saying that the address is not in there system. read full review »

This is a complaint and a report on the deplorable and depraved conditions I experienced in the men’s rest rooms of NJT and LIRR Penn Station in New York City. On Monday August 23, 2010 upon arriving in Penn Station just after 8AM I had the unfortunate and immediate requirement to use a toilet. I visited his office on 8-23-2010 for the first time. He didn't introduce himself and was extremely rude. He asked me questions and acted like I was wasting his time. In the middle of me giving him an answer to one of his questions, his cell phone rang. He didn't say excuse me or anything. Absolutly the worst company to work for!!! You will be treated like a dumb ass, even though I have had more experience that many of the management persons with in the company itself! Virgin Spa in Lonehill closed up shop completely, but I had purchased vouchers from this spa for all my staff … and I had paid for these vouchers upfront. Since some of my staff had already been for their treatments and others hadn't, I had to purchase vouchers from another spa (Life Day Spa) for the remainder to attend their treatments. Upon request for a refund for these vouchers which were never redeemed (R880), Virgin Spa said that the refund had to be claimed from the franchise owner and not from them! Just to let anyone no who may b considering working for alpine access its an investment. if u hav internet and home phone great. I didnt hav a usb headset so i had to buy one. I spent 20.00 on that radio shack brand the logitec was 40.00. Im on a budget and did not have all that much extra money to spare. I arranged with Camel Rock Movers for a removal on Saturday 22 Aug. I paid my deposit a week before and they were suppose to arrive at my address in the morning. By 10am I started to phone their office. The person I was dealing with, Willem Arendse, wasn't there and the person on duty said he couldn't get hold of the driver, who was suppose to have had arrived at 8am. I have waited to make this complaint as I wanted to give the manger the opportunity to do the right thing. Last year November 2008 I went to Circus Circus for supper with my fiancé and I had a prawns and chicken pasta. After lodging my first complaint, I received a telephone call from MBD regarding my Standard bank credit card account, which was settled in full in 2005. I have confirmed with Standard bank and Sterling that this account has been settled. This account was never handed over to MBD, but was settled with Sterling. What does MBD have to do with it? It has been 4 years ago since it was settled. I am still waiting for feedback regarding my Woolworths account which I would like to settle. I was annoyed but not wanting to cut my nose to spite my face i decided to call the Seeff office. Apparently no one can assist with telling me about the property and after explaining that i would rather not deal with someone who is rude i was told sorry but perhaps call her later. I have never came across such appalling service ever in my entire life. Two months after moving out of their flat. Urban Real Estate is playing games with my deposit. Firstly they charge an ambiguous amount (R1480) for petty repairs on the flat like carpet cleaning and replacing one set of keys. I called Denise on a daily basis to get information and half if not all the time she doesn’t have the answers to any of my questions. Now she failed to place special clearance on a deposit. Had a problem with my 320d since early km's which was causing a very noticeable noise being emitted from the engine bay. Had BMW Midrand check it out. Sorry for being late but I was only able get back the shop on sunday to exchange the scratched dvds.I got there and asked if I could look at the replacment copy from the Clearwater branch to see if those dvds were scratched like the ones I had and it turns out that those dvds also have the same circular scratches but are not as bad as the dvds that were in the boxed set I had bought.I took the replacement dvd set but I said that I would mention this when I replied to my complaint here. In july hi-fi - corp swapped my tomtom for a new on and within a month it freezes. took back to hifi and an indian service manager told me he call tomtom and they are going to send him some doc on what to do with the tomtom, he said he is going to test it and call me back the following day and he advised his staff member to book the gps in and he will confirm with tom tom if he has to swap it again or what. I have received no notice slip from the post office that there is a parcel waiting for collection. If you ever do reach someone, they NEVER call you back, so you never get an answer & you have to call back, get transferred 5x, retell your story 5x & sit on hold again. The website advertises that they have been customizing vacations since 1984, which may lead some consumers (including myself) to believe that they could be trusted and knew what they were doing. LIS Mortgage told me that they could get me a loan modification on my existing mortgage. I paid them and didn't get any results. The first thing is that they had moved to another location without any kind of notification. I had to call and get a recording in order to get their new phone number. After leaving a message, they finally called me back. Here it is a few months later and they have closed down without any results from them. In essence, they ripped me off. Hi, I purchased a brand new Konica Minolta printer magicolor 1600W from adorama.com. It arrived to me as broken, and would not print the colors as expected. My understanding, as a retailer, adorama.com is responsible for customer service, but they refused straightly. They left me to deal with manufacturer. I wonder why they call themselves retailer if do not take responsibility for replacing the DOA stuff. However, I ended up wasting more than 2 hours with manufacturer, but still not solved. I purchased 4 cases of 24/20 oz bottles of pepsi from Sam's Club, and more than half of them were flat. we have been purchasing pepsi products for over 30 years and have never had such a large amont of bottles turn up flat, i would say more than half of the bottles were flat, please tell what you guys are doing that make them taste like crap, we didn't drink them after finding out they were flat, and no we can't take a picture of a flat bootle of pepsi, just doesn't show how flat they were. we would like to be reimbursed... read full review »
