Rochester Home Decor
We bought several pieces of furniture from Rochester in Centurion. Some of the items had to be replaced three times before they were of (almost) reasonable quality. Although I value Johan at the Centurion branch's cooperation, he does not see the furniture before it gets delivered, so he cannot vouch for its quality. Still now, we are sitting with a set of dining room chairs that differ as much as 3 cm in height from one chair to the other and doors on the buffet that look like the carpenter never heard the term 'square'.

My wife transfered money to my account so that she can use it at a later stage, but then you just go and ***** her money out of my account, We do not have money for food as we went to buy groceries and wanted to withdraw money I saw that you took her money. I have called the "Era Banner" to speak to someone with knowledge about paper routes and cancelations and the receptionist was un coperartive and would not give me a direct answer or give me a time other employees in that department would be in to speak to. She was ignorant and had no means of helping me, nor when i called a month ago and gave all my info. I can speak for everyone "we just wanna read the damn paper!" what do i seriously have to do to get through to these people??? Stopped at the 'Le Boutique' for a cup of coffee-to-go and the loo. Waitress at the food counter would not serve my husband, who was standing in front of her - told him to go and 'stand over there' - to her left. There were only five folk at the counter - when she said stand over there we walked out! Will not stop there again.
Also bathrooms are really grimy and not serviced - are obviously not inspected by supervisor. Dispensers not working, generally not clean. read full review »

I moved to cape Town a year ago and decided to meet up with friends at The Dros in PE for supper. I recently purchased both a Router and Circular saw and the user manual is absolutely aweful an frankly useless. I tried to find them on the net in order to correspond that way for detailed instruction but could not find them - at least not anyone dealing with power tools. I still do not know the proper way to set up the equipment and the nature of the tools is such that if you get it wrong it could be disastrous. I recently purchased equipment from the UK for a project that my company was running. The equipment was needed urgently, so the supplier shipped it on an express two day delivery with DHL. We paid £ 119.50 for the shipping (around R 1630) of a parcel, which weighed less than 10 kg.

UBS refuses to reverse and/or reimburse me for their unethical conduct. In review of the FINRA website, UBS has over 600 similar complaints involving rogue conduct within their sales forces. Since we bought our first dog in August 2000 we have had countless issues with the bookkeeping (or rather lack there of) of Identipet. Each and every year we get a statement from Identipet saying that our acct is in arrears. We now have 3 dogs and 2 cats and once again we have had a statement saying our acct is in arrears. We went to the Decorex Expo on the Monday and saw a rug which we liked and deciced to buy it. We were told that they did not accept credit cards or could not do a EFT to pay for this rug at the Expo, however, David told us that he would take the rug home with him and someone from their Durban office would call us by the following Wednesday at the latest to arrange payment and that he would then deliver the rug to our house. On 8/18/2010 I requested my reward points to be tansfered into my paypal account, only to be blocked with an internal error and my transaction is flagged need to contact helpdesk. Have called and e-mailed the help desk, only to be told that I need a verified paypal account, and my browser needs to be javascript enabled. My account with paypal has been verified for the last 4 years, never had a problem getting payment until now and wih just one site. It was Jack Cassidy, age 18 of 57 Wilton Road, Cold Spring Harbor and a 14 year old boy. Ph. # (631) 423- 5012. Police charged each of the teens with 12 counts of criminal mischief. Cassidy is also charged with soliciting the 14-year-old to commit a felony.
Cassidy was scheduled to be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip on Monday.
