We had a new driveway gate made by Bar One Security. We chose a design from their photo album which incorporates wide metal diagonal panels. We are so disappointed that they have made the panels by welding shorter panels together. The welds are very obvious, and spoils the look of the gate altogether. Their excuse, which is unacceptable, is that they don't have a machine which can cut longer panels. Pride A/C & Appliance Service of Pompano Beach was contacted at 8:58AM due to a a/c water leak from a unit under their service contract which was repaired by them 6/23/10. I was told a service tech would be there between 9am & 1:00. By 1:40 - No one showed up. No calls from the company. I've been on hold for over 24 minutes waiting for a supervisor & now they say someone will show up within an hour. I ordered a 'Spring Bouquet' to be delivered on 'Spring Day' 1 September 2009- with my invoice clearly stating same day delivery. Unifund is a ripoff they were coming after me for a judgement in 06 that didn't belong to me. We went to court because they were garnishing my wadges without any warning and I just had a baby. I took a top up insurance from AA Autobay when i purchased my vehicle from them. I paid the insurance for about a year but found no need for it so i called and got it cancelled about three months ago. Since then my account was no longer being debited for a period of two months until it was suddenly randomly debited last month again for the old amount. I made a claim to the Employment Tribunal against former employer company and provided the Tribunal with necessary evidence. Do not shop at Tres Sierras market located in Newhall, CA on Main Street. I've notice this store has drop drastically in business thus causing them to try to save money by conserving their products longer then the spected shelf time. Aquascience (so-called water treatment people) are one of the worst companies I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Their water softener (very expensive) caused a malfunction of my new furnace initially, and as a result I had to get a furnace technician out to run acid through it so that I could get hot water. I was given a specific email address and told to cancel in writing. I cancelled on January 15, 2010. All monthly payments to Ameriplan were taken ONLY from my Washington Mutual account. Yesterday I became aware that my CitiBank account was overdrawn. Ameriplan, without my consent, and fullknowledge that I had cancelled, continued to deduct $39.95 each month, up to $279.95!
