A roanoke city parking enforcement officer has been harrassing me and some of my co-workers. Mostly the officer "S. Clay" has been harrassing me. This restaurant is illegally making customers pay a 15% gratuity. Nothing is documented in their business to these terms. Also it has been witnessed that they are irrate towards Afro-Americans if their gratuity isn't left. A waitress had a shouting match with a customer. Unit began to disconnect all incoming calls placed to cell Bluetooth connection. Repeated calls and replacement did not resolve the problem. Supplier would not take the item for return as unit purchase date had passed 30 days. Panasonic would make no effort to take the unit back, refund purchase, or offer credit. We have an extended warranty on our minivan which covers ALL major problems. Well 6 months after purchasing the minivan, the TRANSMISSION died. The service department at Gateway Motors is supposed to be putting in a used transmission because that is what the warranty will cover. Our deductible is $100. After just 2 years my 2008 Dell PC is shot. Both the hard drive and the motherboard had to be replaced. Even though I have an extended warranty it was a battle for it to be honored. Replacement parts were older parts from 2005. Now just hours since everything has been installed I now have a computer that loads like I'm using dial up and picture quality is terrible. One back wheel brake squeak turned into both front and back wheel brake repair and 850 dollars later... never ever go there again...next time it'll be the dealer or the neighborhood Honda mechanic. I bought a GE washer from Sears in spring of 2008. AFter I had it for 7 months, I was running a load at night, and when I walked into the kitchen area where my washer was running, I came upon a flood in my kitchen. Thanks to Mortgage Relief i was able to keep my home ! I was paying my mortgage to Citi Mortgage, at an interest rate of 5.7%. My monthly payment was over $1500! Mortgage Relief was able to negotiate them down to a payment of $952.53. They were able to save me $567.36 a month ! I do not know what i would have done if it were not for Mortgage Relief. I brought my mother's car to Greulich's for an oil change. At this time, I was told there was a coolant leak, although my mother stated she never had to add coolant the last 6 months. To be safe, we told them to make the minor repairs, which would take about 1 hour. The charges were over $1000. I didn't want my mother getting stranded anywhere, so I approved the work. Horrible customer service. We were told one year warranty on very expensive custom cart. We had to fight for every single event..and there have been several from leaking to broken welds. Owner calls us liars...says it's only a golf cart, not for $19, 000 it's not. Very, very difficult to deal with. Have lied to us and the company that finally did the repairs. Very unprofessional. I purchased a male Boxer puppy from Cedar Creek Kennels on May12. The pup was 9 wks old when we picked him up. That was Wednesday and we had to put the pup to sleep on Sunday morning, 4 days later.
