I cancelled my Direct TV service after fulfilling the service timeframe requirement in my agreement. Apparently, because I was provided with an additional receiver AFTER the intial contract date, my contract date was reset. I received a letter stating my mother has a policy with monumental. My mother passed away in 1992.
