It has been over four months since we stayed at a VRBO vacation rental home at Lake Tahoe and they still have not refunded our deposit. Agent won't answer phone and no other way to reach them except through a website and that won't respond either. There was no damage and they have not even provided a response to that effect either. Rental claimed to have wireless internet (no wireless router present), and hot tub (tub could only get to luke warm after several hours). Complained, but once they had the money, no response. I purchased ever pet scoopable cat liter. It is a good clumping cat liter unlike most, however it says it has odor control. the first time my cat ever used the liter it immediatly gave the room the worst lingering odor. I have never used a cat liter that did this. I clean the liter box several times a day and the odor just lingers. The same complaint(s) as I have been reading...the 10 day trial is up before you can have any time try the product and before you know it they've charged you full price or balance due on your order. I have worked with this person and have found her to be amazing at what she does. Somebody with a thick jealous streak has posted some inaccuracies about this talented artist. I sent in for a sample of the product and to pay just the 4.95 for shipping, they then in turn deducted the 99.90. spoke with rep she stated I had to call in the cancel. I ordered my wedding dress from Le Salon in Royal Oak 8 months before my wedding. It was promised that it would come in within 3-4 months, but then they indicated a delay. Less than 3 months before my wedding they said it wouldn't come in at all! I contacted the manufacture who indicated they had never received my order. Ordered and paid for in advance 139.00 for Rayban sunglasses thru website. been a Rayban customer for over 20 years. 2 weeks passed and had not rcv glasses, called and was told to wait another 10 business days. I do not recommend this dealer because of the following: After a deal was made for a KIA Soul, when we returned for them to honor the wheel locks and extra key with remote, Marcus DeAngelis, General Manager, claimed we had to pay an addtional $202 for these accessories. He was trying to renege on the deal by charging for what was owed. Hired Macale to redo bathroom, remove old flooring and install new floor. After 3 days of demo, owner decides to charge an extra $2500.00 for effort because "They installed the old floor correctly". I purchased an over the counter cvold medication at Walgreens Drug store. I had taken some of the medication. when i noticed that one of the caplets was broken in half and only part of the caplet was in the blister pack. I imeadiatly stopped taking the product andnotified walgreens drug store.
