I believe recordgone is a big scam. I paid up front for their service to get them to expunge a previous infraction. It took them months to even acknowledge me and then the only thing they ever said to me after I input all my information to their website was my case was denied. I too, tried to cancel my account with CastleRock only to be told that I had to finish my 3 years. When I tried to cancel after the 3 year period, I was told that it had automatically renewed.
