This is a gaming website that charges your credit card to play games, then you earn "spoints". You can order prizes with the spoints. I played for over a year, they never sent me my prizes, they continued to charge my credit card and you could no longer get on the website to play the games. They refused a credit. I too have a similar complaint. In the last 10 months, starting in march or so of 2009 my PSEG bills have skyrocketed. They continually estimated my bills until I filed a complaint with the Board of Public Utilities. I then got a new gas meter installed so that it could be read from the exterior of my home but when it came time for the first reading, the reader had to enter my home anyway and read it manually. My friends HP Laptop had a virus with a Security Alert. There was no way to operate the computer without downloading a new security update to Vista 2010 anti virus protection.
