I am a company that ordered bulk chemical-free sunscreen and I received sunscreen whose expiry date was in 4 months. That is old sunscreen. I called Sun Organics and they told me they had no more in stock and they would have to wait to make a new order to their supplier. Within a few days I was sent back my previous order where they had taken off the old expiration date and applied a new expiration date for a year longer. On every sunscreen you can see where they pulled the old sticker off and applied a new one with a later expiration date. What kind of company would that???????? My company currently carries at least a dozen accounts with Century Link formerly Embarq. They inlcude a T-1 line that cost our company thousands of dollars to have put in place, local lines, and a long distance account. We have carried the long distance account less then a year. Since Novemeber of 2009 there have been issues we have had with them. I received a call from TTG Consultants. The appointment scheduler indicated that "my resume had been reviewed" but they want to meet me to see what they could do for me. She was very insistent. I always hesitate to meet recruiters because they don't usually help all that much, so I started asking questions. I order a Lenovo T400 laptop and accessories on Jan 4 2010 from Lenovo direct. I was told the shipdate would be 4-10 days. I finally received the laptop in late February. It is now early March and I still do not have the accesssories (mouse and carrying case). As a practice Lenovo extends the estimated ship date without bothering to inform their customers. I accessed this firm on my iPhone and thought I was calling Pop-A-Lock. Despite being called by the name Pop-A-Lock, the person who answered the call never corrected me or identified the name of his firm. Before beginning, he required that I sign a blank work order (will never do that again). When he was finished, he charged me $79.50. Pop-A-Lock and Yellow Cab charges $35.00. I went on a trip across country this past holiday season; and didn't have my cellular service for 99% of the time. It didn't work at my location where I stayed about 6 to 8 weeks, and while enroute the service was extremely spotty. I complained to the FCC, and all they did was send me customary form letters - then when they received a form letter reply from my service provider, they closed the case. I met Jon Cannon last month when he came to my office and promised to cut my credit card transaction fees in half. On my contract I signed with him, it stated what my average ticket is and my monthly amount of transactions. I was having trouble getting updated antivirus software and discovered several errors in my registry, preventing me from getting it, so I downloaded "Eusing" Free Registry. It scanned my computer and reported over 300 errors, which I discovered I had, so I opted to have them clean up my registry.
