I paid shipping on a trial size sample, cancelled within the alloted time and they still charged my account. They don't answer the phones and when they do no one can help. Green credit solutions took my money for loan modification and I ended up doing most of the work myself. In the end I ended up with a modification that had a balloon payment after 30 years that states I have to pay Option One/AHMSI the principal in FULL $544, 000 plus interest and fees. Why is Direct TV sending me mail in Christina Minasi's name when she started using my address illegally in 2002? Performs property value analysis. I just had my 1st experience with them after having a friend have a similar experience. My bank, Missouri Credit Union hired them to do an appraisal on my property. On 3/30/09 I received hail damage due to a hailstorm in Grapevine, TX. I called my insurance co - Nationwide Lloyds and they sent an independent adjuxter out to my house. His report was that we didn't have enough damage to meet our deductible. I am a disgruntled customer. I understand that this service was a no contract, prepaid service. I paid my plan from 6/2/09 after my service was suspended from 5/16/09 to 6/2/09. Today 6/16/09 I am told that the payment I made on 6/2/09 is for May when I did not have service because the service was suspended. I need to comment on the quality of the JCPenny "Sheer Support" Stockings. I have been wearing them successfully for over 30 years. I love the colors and the sheer support that they give, as I am a retired Cashier and STILL purchase these stockings. However, the last few times that I have purchased them, they TEAR almost BEFORE you can get them on. i have never had this problem before, but recently at $6.00 a pair, I feel I need to speak on this. I cannot even believe how low the quality control is at Gateway. Tablet PCs are shipped without a Windows repair disk, and files get corrupted seemingly weekly. The tablet pens stop working after about 4 months because they didn't check if the manufacturer used appropriate materials - the steel spring and aluminum battery get so corroded that the pen stops working. My battery won't hold a charge at all anymore, I have to plug it in to use my computer. I was in a hospital from 6 Feb 2010 until 16 Feb 2010 ihad no money or no credit cards, so I used the pay pay phone to make collect calls . I did not know that a collect call cost $13. 68 upto 29.90. For 12 Calls My bill was $196.53. When you call ZPDI of Legacy LD Intl Inc. They tell me they are located in California but there Main office is in Texas. Am having major prob with Toshiba mail in rebate thru ESend. Just purch new laptop via ShopNBC with $200 mail in rebate. Purchased coins off a Limited Treasures commercial back in October 2009. Called before Christmas in 2009 and they said it was shipped on the 7th of December, but did not have any tracking info. Called in January, told me they had a shipping error and any coins shipped on December 7th or 8th had to be shipped on January 7th. When I finally tracked them down - they refused to provide me details on when I signed up or where. I received a Nikon Coolpix S70 camera as a gift for Christmas. I used it for a few days and then, when I tried to transfer photos on my PC, I plugged a different USB cord in the camera by mistake.
