A man was on the deck saying the port WAS open (he had called) and for everyone to go to customer service and complain. He was taken away by security. I hired this attorney in May of 2009, at that time he had a BBB rating A. Today it is an F and for good reason. I was told when I hired them for a mortgage modification that it would take up to 90 days with an interest rate of 2.5%. It is now March 2010! and still my modification is not done. I took a chance in ordering Rhaposdy, with a free trial. I cancelled before free trial subscription was up. I received an email confirming the cancel (good thing I saved). I saw charges for 15.93 on my account. I called the toll free number and was told that when you are signing up for Rhaposdy you are automatically signing up for something called a super pass.
