I went to get an oil change on my car and they told me that I needed to make an appt. I asked if they had an appt for that day and they said no but you can leave your car here for an 1 1/2 - 2 hours which is the waiting time. I said for an oil change only?? I ordered an entire set of whos the boss the entire series. I waited over one month to recieve my product. By the third week I found this website with several complaints about the company so I tried to cancel my order and lo and behold my order arrived one week later. I am currently watching the first disk and I have discovered that the dvds were recorded off of nick at nite and the quality is really really poor. the dvd skips over and over again. Received 7 phone calls in 2 days calling to provide us with information regarding Colorado Technical institute. They were asking for my daughter but calling my cell phone. They refused to take me off the list because they said my daughter had requested the information. My daughter is in her second year of pharmacy school and is not interested in an online school. She said she had not requested information from them. Gift certificate that was paid-for in advance was not honored. It was sub-contracted with The Great American Balloon Company and they cancelled many times due to the weather, although the weather was not poor. After several years of emails and phone calls, they refused to give a refund unless we produced an original credit card receipt. We gave up.
