This guys website says that they have been in business for 10 years. After further investigation they have been in business 1 1/2 years. The doors are not finished very well after they are fabricated. I believe they come out of China and they are not energy efficient. Their showroom is a tiny strip mall suite with about 15 doors to view. They are just a broker in my opinion. I would not be surprised if they were in business one day and gone the next. I believe AHMSI is fraudulantly handling there HAMP program. I can't even get a supervisor's number. Its been since October 2009 since I was under the HAMP program, and I still have no answer. Have had this portable baseboard for several years. At first, it worked as advertised. Then, the thermostat gave out and I called for service. I ordered a vase from this company back in October of 2009 for around $200. The vase was basically a piece of garbage. There were blobs of paint smudged all over it. I would've gotten a much better quality item from walmart for $20. The company has a ridiculously strict return policy. Utilized Stevens Moving and Storage last week. I was charged over 2000 dollars for packing materials for a 2 bedroom local move. This may be trivial to some but I am disappointed in the recent quality of Nabisco Saltine Crackers (Kraft Foods). Every box I've bought in the last few weeks is terrible. You cannot even pick a cracker up without it crumbling, much less try to put butter or another type of spread on it. I took a picture of the latest pack we tried to use. Three weeks ago I purchased a GE blender. It was the most expensive blender on the shelf($70). I thought I was getting a quality product. After using it only three times it broke. I returned it and exchanged for another GE blender. I had to get the step down this time. After using it 6 times the piece that turns the blade broke. I ordered this "stress and anxiety" program for my fiance who suffers from social phobias and high anxiety. I left it up to him to look at the program himself. I called after thinking I lost my card and talked to an Indian man I could barely understand for an hour and a half before I THOUGHT I had canceled the card had a new one with a new number sent out. It advertises to contain 4, 000 pictures but fails to include the simple fact that all these display in random order (verified with Brookstone Customer Service May 11). Totally stupid. I have a 4.6 L V-8 in my Mustang GT. The intake manifold cracked causing it to overheat and almost 1300.00 to repair. When I called 800-992-2694, I believed I was dealing with Comfort Inns reservation center to make a hotel reservation. I asked for the government rate of $70, but was told the rate was $89. When I checked in at Comfort Inn, I was told the reservation was through Expedia, I said no, I made the reservation thru Comfort Inn. Now I was charged with a $14.30, plus room rate of $89.95.
