I first used Discount Pet Drugs in June 2009. The first two shipments of a prescription medication for my dog arrived without problem. But in early January, I re-ordered and it never arrived. I started seeing this dentist a few years ago. They did a lot of work on me. When we first started, I asked that everything be done shall be covered by insurance, and for them to verify and assure such. NECC telecom company has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau in Michigan which is their billing and main office. They have complaints and law suits against them by the Federal Communications COmmission. They have complaints against them filed with the Federal Trade Commission. They have numerous complaints filed against them with the Attorney Generals Office. They change their contracts with customers at their whim without notifying the customer and are cited for improper billing. In June, I bought a Samsung X460-44G laptop for about $1, 300 and it included a 1 year warranty. On December 17th, I submitted my laptop for repair because the keys were malfunctioning. I get a call saying the latch in the back of the laptop was damaged but my warranty would cover the cost to repair the damages, despite my 1 year parts warranty. Asurion supplied a Palm Treo 755 to replace a lost Treo 700p from Verizon. The 755 came without the necessary cables to load the data from my computer. Every time I restarted it, it was necessary to enter a password before the phonr could be used. I've been in the program since February of '09. They cut my debt by 45% and I'm saving a ton of money compared to what I'd be paying back those credit card companies. They even have a device that I connected to my phone and whenever a creditor calls it diverts them, so they're not harrassing me anymore.
