I bought this product last year and despite all the good things that I hear about it, the company does a terrible job hiring door-to-door salespeople to sell the product. Do not get me wrong; not all of the people hired have had drug possession convictions, grand theft auto convictions, and insurance fraud convictions. Some of them are actually decent people. I purchased a brand new Philips telephone. Right from when I opened the box the 2 (yes 2, not just 1!) handsets didn't work. After about 5 - 10 minutes of use, they simply die. Sometimes they die almost immediately upon turning them on. My wife is so nervous that we won't be able to reach emergency services if something goes wrong and we can't find our cell phone.
