Dropped one communication as my service provider when they started getting creative about billing for 3rd party services they did not furnish. We signed a contract for replacement windows. After everything was signed, the call to the home office said we needed to add $1440 for some mysterious "caps". I asked 2 servers if I they could use the coupon I was showing them, neither of whom could speak enough English to understand the question. Then, I was called an a**hole by the one server who could because I was not placing my order fast enough, who then ignored me when I did place the order. It was kind of surreal.
