When I moved in I was told Water was paid for. Three weeks after living here I recieved a flyer on my door stating that I would now recieve a water bill. For the last 7-8 months, I have been receiving monthly "ID Protection" withdrawals of $21.63 from my credit account without my knowledge or concent. This is an account that I seldom use, so seldom monitor closely. I never signed up for any "protection" plans and request an immediate cancellation and refund of all previous withdrawals. This company makes money by ripping people off. The first rip-off is that it doesn't disclose that it's in Canada. So, when you order by credit card from the U.S., you will get hit with a currency conversion fee by the bank. No matter what, can't be avoided. Some friends and I rented home from Remax of the Poconos at Timber Trails/Lake Naomi, and they were a little unethical when it came to the deposit return. We tried to buy tickets for La Scala through Divento. They indicated on their website that they were actually providing tickets prior to being able to buy them through La Scala. This is not the case.
