The site on Grand River is not Customer Service friendly at all. The on Site Consultant will not give you all your options, instead he will tell you crazy stories about what has happened at the different storage facilities. You will be lucky to ever meet the Manager who happens to be the Site Consultants husband ! She (the site manager) never returns requested calls or is no where to be found. I purchased a raid server from RaidKing/MacRaid because they said it would share files "out of the box" without Apple's XSAN software. They lied and I spent $10, 000 plus $2000 more to "try" FiberShare software that doesn't work for us. They said they won't take it back because nothing is "wrong" with it. IP Associates is a joke. Are you guys even still in business? I haven't been able to get ahold of ANYONE there in over 6 weeks. The only reason I know they still exist is that they are still charging my card. I'm not receiving service and haven't been on the first page of Google for at least the last 8 weeks. This is ridiculous, IP Associates is probably ripping a lot of other people off too. I sent cancellation in writing several times and I have gotten no response. The male manager at the el torito in Sherman Oaks is quite a piece of work. How he got into the restaurant business dealing with people is still a mystery to me. He has no people skills whatsoever! He was rude to my party and refused to check if there were any available seats at the bar for my party. The waitress serving us was horrible too, she did not bring us water or napkins or silverware. I started receiving emails after email from Singer22 even though I never brought anything from them nor did I ever sign up to get their emails. I called and complained to be taken off and they still kept sending me emails. I was on a few of their competitors email lists and now I dont get their emails but get Singer22's. He filled out the application, told me it was correct for the business and the information provided will give me the best rate possible. 3 months later I was told the account was set up wrong and that my credit card transactions are being held. I purchased the Hampton Bay 10 pack pagoda 3 tier aluminum walk light model #982 888 less than 1 year ago. We started having problems almost immediately and that should have been a clue to return them to Loews where they were purchased. Now almost a year later and more than half of the units are inoperable, and no response from Hampton Bay, we feel STUCK with the JUNK! I will try to return to Loews, however I don't feel very optimistic. PUBLIC BEWARE. DO NOT BUY HAMPTON BAY PRODUCTS! And, I guess, be very careful what you buy in Loews. read full review »

They offer a free sample if you agree to the terms and conditions which are hidden in the small print. The T & C are in a link at the bottom of the page, easily missed and deceptive in nature. If you give them your credit card for 99Cents, you are agreeing to an annual membership of $149.95 and a monthly automatic shipment and automatic charge to your credit card. They delivered my order really fast from BUENOS AIRES SALTA SALTA ARGENTINA through DHL. Inside the package, they wrapped bundles of wavy hair together and bundles of straight hair wrapped together. I never ordered coffee from this company. I received a $79.00 debit on my checking account. I called the company explaining I did not order any coffee and refund my funds to my account. It was very difficult to contact these people. Warrantee service contract says they will repair or replace within 3 years my Sharp Aquos 32" 1080p TV. The repair for it is too much to fix, so they tried to replace it with a RCA 32" 720P cheapo tv. Then they offered an LG 32" 1080p with inferior picture quality. ine was a top of the line high quality LCD TV. They want me to accept a Low quality $420 piece of junk in exchange for a unit that costs $800 on todays market - it was $1150 back then - and I paid an additional $300 for the warrantee! read full review »

I hired a car for the day and brought it back without a scratch or anything else wrong with it which they have agreed. They took a deposit of £900 in case of damage off my card and no matter what i have tried they wont give it back. From a Consumer Reports suggested product I agreed to pay the shipping cost of 3.95 for a tooth whitening product. This was advertertized as a free trail offer. This morning I was viewing my bank statement and I discovered a 149.95 purchase to a company called teethcelebhelp.com as well as a 3.95 charge listed as a international transfer fee. Buyer bought 2 Savannah kittens from breeder, Adrianne Propst. Both cats were diagnosed with chronic skin disorders. Breeder touts "Quality and Commitment" on her website, but breeder has offered nothing to remedy the situation. These cats were $3700.00 and buyer has spent several hundred more on their "special needs". Buyer has provided the seller with medical records and receipts to validate expenses and special care. They refused to do a walk through and confirm the quote but said they had a set system to do their pricing. Of course, when the driver finally arrived, the price to move the very same items was 50% more. Machine will make shavings in one direction but coming back the other direction hardly makes any shavings at all. Newman has worked on these machines several times but they can't get them to work properly either. We finally gave up and didn't allow them back into our plant. We bought these machines new. I purchased a large box of kitchen bags made by Glad, the kind that stretch and supposedly are very durable. A full 3/4 of the bags I pull from the roll are defective. The sides split open when shaking them open. Contacted Glad but they did not respond. Apparently they do not have any quality control in their factory or this wouldn't happen.
