The company I work for uses the Bottom Line Software. It is a software for service companies. They have extremely bad customer service. Today (3/1/2010), we downloaded an update for our version of the software which we purchased in 2009. The download caused a problem with the software, but when I called to let them know, the only response was "you are one week out of the free tech support, and our update did not cause your problem." I purchased a hard copy of Photoshop Extended CS4 and was unable to load it onto my Windows 7 computer. Adobe admits to having problems with Windows 7 but there is no support for these problems. The link to "trouble installing" is "broken" if you call the tech line, you will be on hold for 30 or 40 minutes before you give up. My wife had her hair styled at Beautiful Image Beauty Salon today, 03/11/2010. It was only a routine hair trimming and she came out with the back of her sweater bleached. These weren't some small bleach stains either. The stain is approximately the size of my entire hand. We are currently going to seek some form of remedy directly from the salon.
