I ordered a table from Madison Seating on 2/27/10. Called on 3/4/10 to see when it would ship, and was told that it would ship next week. Called again on 3/10/10, and they informed me that it would never ship, because they didn't ship this piece from Canada any more! Who knows when they would have bothered to let me know if I hadn't called. Submitted claim they denied for missing information. Had they actually read the receipt they would have seen it contained precisely the information they needed. Now I'm told it will take up to 10 business day for it to be reviewed AGAIN. Nothing but problems with claim submission with Ceridian Benefits. Paid off our Kubota tractor via monthly autodraft - paid every month in full for 4 years. Confirmed that there was nothing we needed to do to cancel autodraft (confirmed in writing by KCC Jan 2010) once the final pmt was made. Since September 2009 when I returned the product, I've been waiting for my $89.89 refund. I've been calling every other day, sent more than six emails with no answer, and the customer service for this company is a disgrace. They are liers and keep on giving excuses. I placed and order for the trial size offer on 1/18/09. This product never arrived. My credit card was charged for shipping. I called the company and spoke to both a customer service rep and a supervisor. The order stated my zip code and state plus my home address correctly. The company says the order was returned because there was no city on the on line order I submitted. Thease people are out just to take your money and do bad work. In the past 2 months i had to have them fix the same thing 4 times. I initially tried this company for a couple of bucks. After registering for the service I did research and found that it was a scam. I immediately called the company and asked to be cancelled. They told me it was cancelled. Then I discovered a $99.99 charge on my debit card. I called them numerous times requesting a refund.
