I've been waiting a month for items to arrive and they're still not "in stock". Very deceptive website and they keep sending an email each week pushing delivery of items back another week. Just received my credit card statement and saw that they charged my card for the entire $900 order, and I've only received about $300 of the merchandise. Difficult to get thru to customer service. DO NOT EVER USE A & E SERVICES FOR ANYTHING A & E is owned by Sears and everything is operated out of a national call center. They make appointments for their service techs and rely on them for their customer relations. My clothes dryer broke. A & T was called. I find that the customer service in Brooklyn branch of TWC is really lacking. We have been trying to transfer our Triple Play Service (cable, phone, internet) to our new apartment for about a month now. Our first scheduled technician appointment never happened. Garhart built a two story addition on our house. We have had problems with the roof leaking, improper insulation, leaking gutters, electrical not up to code and other issues. This guy is the epitome of unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone hiring him to ANY type of work. I called to get my air ducts cleaned for $40. They technician came out and said i had holes in the ducts and they would rip if they cleaned them and that i need to replace all the duct work. They wanted $5500 to replace 14 vents and install 2 more vents with R6 ducts that have some polymer material inside and fiberglass on the outside so rats can't chew into the ducts. I sent in my motor vehicle registration on January 25, 2010. My registration was due to expire on February 17, 2010. Has anyone been able to get a refund for the $87.47 after the 10 day trial has expired? I've seen a bunch of complaints but none that say they received a refund? Am I wasting my time? After two hours on the phone with one customer service rep and two supervisors, I got my ticket escalated to their billing dept who will make a final decision. Barrera Pluming Services installed a toilet for us. It was in a new location from where it was before and apparently broke the toilet flange when installing it. They refused to take any responsibility for the workmanship and blamed it on us. As a customer for 4 years this once was a great product. In the past 6 months their tech support (all Indian now) just sends an email and says unload and reload. Next log on to ClaimYourVisaCard.com for their reimbursement program, which required collected receipts that you mail in to get a $25 visa card. I became a member in November 09. I too had a Wal-mart card that had a $600 limit and after Thanksgiving I paid it down to $150 because I am working at getting my credit ratios down. Ok Fine.. 25% sounds good until I get a letter less than a week after payment posted that my credit had been reduced to $160 due to a "periodic review". My score is above 700 but they showed me as maxed out once again. So I paid off the bill and will never use the card again. Unbelievable! They charge me for a Create & Print account that I do not use, now going on two years that I have paid for this account and not used it at all. Refuse to refund charge and when I finally got a human being they would not help me. Even when speaking to a manager, he would not help and told me I could write to the corporate address. I asked him if a human being would open the letter, read it, and respond to it and he would not commit to that happening.
