these guys are a sophisticated scam site. they delay shipment despite claiming 5 days, then they send the "package" to themselves so that it used more time within the pay-pal. western Union dispute process. Or, they will send you your package, but mislable it/put an undeliverable address on it so that it gets shown as sent in the UPS/FED EX/USPS system, but you never receive your package. then they use this with Pay Pal to say you gave them the wrong address. Logged into my banking today for a $7.93 charge to my bank account listed as "integratedidea.com raymore mou" that neither my husband nor I did as we do not do internet transactions with our banking cards. I went to the website cannot find any detailed information (phone number, address, etc) for this company so I sent a message thru their contact link and also a personal email to [email protected] and still have not heard anything. I did not receive the correct merchandise that was ordered and that I was charged for. They have no phone number or address so the only way to contact them is through e-mail and they are not efficient in getting back to you. Most times I got an automatic response that did not answer my question. They did the same to us! They set up an escrow account so that we could qualify for a modification through Hope Now or one of the help for homeowners programs. They had us send them all our financial documents to qualify for the modification. They now knew what we made, what we had saved, and of course; what we could not afford. I recently tried to trade my 2007 mint condition SAAB in to purchase a new vehicle and the dealer would not take it and contacted 10 different car auctions in an attempt to get blue book value on the car and the most anyone would offer was $14, 000.00. We have had nothing but trouble from the time we first took out our mortgage with USAA. They immediately transferred servicing to PHH. The first year our payment was the amount we signed on for. Horrible people. They do not deliver on time. It took 4 months before they made a partial delivery. When they finally deliver, most of the parts were damaged and some were missing. They said paint chipping from the parts 'do not affect performance'. Edges of several pieces were damaged. We are still trying to get the missing parts. We ordered the bed 08/05/2009.
