I dropped off my battery (under warranty, $129) to be tested. Got a call back it tested good. Went to pick it up and the long wait was ridiculous. We ordered our bed and bedbase on 11/15/09. We purchased the HB Backtex P1 mattress and HB wired sleep system base. Prior to delivery we received a call from the HealthyBack warehouse telling us there is a slight tear in the bedbase, but it's minor and they'll deliver it and replace it once a new one is received at the warehouse. December 10, 2009 I received a letter from ECN Research stating I was selected to participate in a consumer research program to evaluate customer service at Wal-Mart, JCPenney and Western Union. They called us offering their services, great rates, etc. Once we started doing business with this, which was only for two months, they started adding on fees which were not disclosed in the original contract. Restaurant.com certificates used to be a great way to save money. Sure, you must read the fine print. A minimum purchase is required and many have specific days that are blacked out. It has saved me some money, however I have had several certificates refused at the restaurant. They've just decided to no longer except for various reasons, apparently there is a fraud problem with these certificates, so it's hard to fault the restaurant.
