I have had this "insurance' since 2/09 and thankfully I am healthy and haven't needed to use it much. Bought some probiotics (Probiotics 10-20) from Vitacost, and while taking Bactrrin for an infection, one night took 2 probiotics of the above and got a severe crampng immediately. My insides wound up bring inflamed for 4-5 days. I made an appt with a gastro Dr. and have an endoscope scheduled soon. My wife took them for a month or so with no roblems, then one night she had a severe abdominal crampng too. So stopped taking them. I don't know if it is a case of some capsules being bad, or the timing of taking them with other things. But the cramping was severe. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced the same thing??? Apparently, the San Jose Credit Union had sent him to take the car and she had already made this month's payment - they gave us no notice that she was 2 weeks late AND she had already deposited the payment four days ago! I too have been a 'victim' of Garity's Chem-Dry and so-called owner/rep named Tim. This is absolute nonsense and it is not possible unless it is an extremely unusual word! The company even claim to be licenced google resellers. Do not waste your money on this product! It does not clean your floors and leave them sparkling clean as the package says. It does not wring all the water out of the sponge head, thus leaving excessive amounts of water standing on your floor, and dirt streaks everywhere. Mr. Clean erasers are a excellent product, but they are not designed to be used as a sponge mop head. What a terrible idea!! The mop head material breaks up very easily. I received a collection notice from this company for GOYELLOWPAGESONLINE.COM. I had a problem with the Go Yellow Pages company a year or so back and called the Better Business Bureau in New York. They had numerous complaints on them and was even able to tell me what they had said to me. They said they were illegally operating in this country (they are from Canada) by using a New York box #. After seeing the TV ad, I was intrigued and decided that the Yoshiblade was worth a try. After all, at $19.99, the risk is very minimal, right? Wrong!!! After filling out the order, selecting a second set for free, and selecting the ceramic slicer for $9.99, I was presented with an invoice for $166.84. A call to the phone number listed connected me to a person who could not speak intelligible English. A second call resulted in my being told to call back in two days. I purchased a phone card at Walgreens in Natick, MA on October 2009 for my son who (unfortunately) is incarcerated. I mailed the phone card to him for his use. The prison denied him the card and returned it to me. My dilemma is I have absolutely no use for this card? I would never use it and do not know anyone that would. In a recent order from SONGBIRDGARDEN.COM, the small print on their return policy states that they will not accept electronics or cameras back. The order i made was still in the box completely unused. Their service department was rude and unaccomodating. I ordered two bird cams for Christmas presents and they sent me four. They said it was my fault that I didn't stop the order before it came. I can understand that some bird products such as worms and insects can not be returned but unused cameras?? AllHeart has the worst customer service in the world. Their website, on checkout, specifically says that orders shipped to a commercial address would be shipped Fedex Commercial Ground, as part of the basic Ground shipping option. So I selected that option, gave my business address that has almost daily commercial ground Fedex deliveries, and waited. Before signing up and paying, I searched their site for a particular file which the search function showed they had and was available for immediate download. I signed up, paid for the service, logged in and the files were no longer there. I could do the same search and they did not come up. So I did a test.
