Several years ago, we purchased a set of 4 Bilstein shocks (with lifetime warantee) from McKenzie's Performance Products, a shop specializing in offroad parts and equipment. The salesman said should they ever fail, return them for replacement. The 2 front shocks failed. We went to McKenzie's, and the manager refused to honor the warantee. He said they do not do warantees. So we contacted Bilstein directly. They immediately sent out 2 new shocks. I happen to buy a box of 50 regular cheetos about 3 weeks ago and opened it up with a couple of bags already open. Now, before I left Sam's club with the box, there was a seal on it still with the expiration date on it. That would show that the box is still brand new and hasn't been touched yet. Stay away from DCS, I have a 48" RGS-48GD "Professional" range, I don't see what professional would use it. The F*&^&* stove was 6500 dollars, more than most kitchens or a Kia, but if you look closely at the construction it's crap. Look closely at the the large oven door hinge at the bottom of the oven. On December 14, 2009, I sent a computer and monitors along with two digital cameras via Greyhound Package express to my sister in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! My mother purchased 3 tickets 3 months before Christmas. Her card was charged, but when they arrived at the airport, their tickets DID NOT EXIST.
