We bought a living room set and dining room set from RTG. They put a protective spray on the furniture that we did not order. The salesman lied and said we insisted on having it. The store mgr. was very rude and demeaning...very unprofessional and simply did not care. Customer service wouldn't do a thing and said they have a no return policy. Purchased a water heater from them that quit after three months. Company will pay for parts ( less than $20.00) but plumber's bill is half what the heater cost (and I paid the oplumber to install it, too). I feel I should have reasonably expected the product to last longer than this (my last water heater lasted 18 years!), and the company should help with labor as well as parts. Went fishing on Monday Dec 28th. Taking my two sons and three grandkids for an outting. The morning trip unloaded with 5 sheephead Even though there was nothing biting Mike still took us out. I noticed on Dec 13 that $200 was taken from my brand new checking account to pay an e-check that someone issued with someone else's name and address on it. So no one tried to pretend to be me. PWSA sends out bills that are incorrect. They work with Jordan Tax and turn over any delinquent accounts to them. Jordan Tax gets their cut and does not communicate to PWSA if payments are being made on the past due amounts or not. I just returned 3 items to Kohl's for either an even exchange or if not available, a different item. Company was hired to fix furnace pump that seized and was overheating. To prevent a fire I disconnected the power supply. When technician showed up and looked at power and neutral wires in a daze he called management who told him not to work on it. I hired David Webster at Move-a-Piano.com to move my piano into storage at their Oklahoma site, and then to be moved later to my home in Utah. It is a C1 Yamaha Mark IV. It was moved with no issue. NextRx called my home to refill a prescription. They did not talk to me but to my wife. She said to do the refill. That was the wrong thing to do! I did not want my prescription refilled due to an upcoming doctor's appointment. So I called NextRx back just a half hour later and I was told that the prescription could not be canceled!
