I purchased a grandfather clock thru their online auction provider. They never disclosed that the clock was plastic and that it did not work. I feel they ripped me off by not offering full disclosure about the item. Then they over charged me for shipping a plastic grandfather clock. The Delivery guys made rude and discriminating comments to my wife. 1.Said women should not work and their job is in the home. 2. Said a women belongs, bare foot and pregnant in the kitchen cooking. I bought a 4 bay steel garage from this company in 2006 (three years ago) with upgraded steel framing and truss supports. At the time, I asked if this frame and configuration would support the snow loads we get here in central Virginia and was told yes, anything here in Virginia would be supported by this building. I am trying out the freeware and as I tried various TV selections, my Antivirus popped up on the screen disallowing access. It popped up several times on different stations. Some stations are loaded with Pop ups "You've won the Lottery" and many other annoying adds. Many stations give you the "we're off the air at this time." And the list goes on. Bought a new Dryer from Sears several months and already had them replace it once as it rattled so bad that you could hear it anywhere in the house. This company is a fraud. I had been speaking with a youngman by the name of Eric and he supposely was going to get me a 2008 mercedes. He even went as far as sending pictures. Purchased this policy to avoid costly bills since I have another dog with health issues. I have submitted a couple of claims to 24PetWatch and they find every loop hole in the system in order to avoid paying your claims. They are a "scam" company.
