I bought a whirlpool gold refrigerator from Low's late October 2009 and it was delivered a few days later. It worked for first few weeks. enom changed over my account to BulkRegister with out my consent. When they made this change, they signed me up for a $99 service. The problem is that the e-mail notification said I was renewing a service I never signed up for, didn't disclose that I would be charged $99, said that failure to take action would lead to being billed, and gave incorrect directions for how to cancel this service. For those who are not aware, Customer Loyalty International was the company that sold the rebate cards that My Free Travel redemed. If you go to CLI`s web, click the products tab and then scroll to the bottom of the page you will see cards almost idenical to the ones you have. They have moved from Joliet Ill. to Seatlle Wa. As with most of the other complaints, I had similar problems. Cost was much more than original "binding" quote. They showed up 6 hours after the agreed pick up time. Also, they did not deliver on the scheduled day, even though they verbally agreed to it several times before they left with my belongings. READ THE FINE PRINT!! This is peak season of winter and we don't have the heat at home. We have paid our Gas bills to Atmos Energy on Monday and this is thursday. They have not reconnected our gas. We can't cook, we can't take bath as we our water heater is also gas. Everytime I call them I have to be on hold atleast for two hours and when I do finally speak to someone at Atmos, I am told the gas will be on next day. It has been going on for the last four days. My husband and I received his paycheck in the mail. We went to Wal-mart to cash his check. He has cashed them there before. The check declined. We found out they are using a service called Certegy.
