We went there based on a quote with an appointment (Dec 21 2009). The internet manager Clennon Preyar didn't even recognize his own quote or for that matter me, the customer. After some hassle we testdrove the cvehicle and the vehicle didnot have the features as quoted. So when we tried to reduce the quote to compensate for the missing premium features, the sales manager got rowdy and told us that we donot deserve to buy a car. he alos asked us to get lost and never come back. I booked a vacation through this company that turned into a nightmare (airline reservation changed 3 hours prior to flight, forced to pay extra cash to enter the country, suitcases removed from belt at airport, medicine and jewelry stolen from luggage, room filled with bugs, fumigation notice stolen out of my luggage, camcorder missing after TSA spot check, etc.). I adopted a puppy from this group in early December and while the group wasn't the most professional bunch of people I have seen, I get that they are volunteers and are doing the best they can. My surprise came when I took the puppy to the vet they recommended only to find out that one its littermates had been euthanized the day before due to some possible contagious illness. It doesn't change how I feel about my puppy, but I found all of this to be shady so you may want to look for a more reputable group when you decide to adopt a dog. read full review »

I purchased 800 sf of click lock laminate flooring for $1300. Upon installation and inspection of the product and a consult from a professional installer it was determined that the product was defective. The ends snapped when installed causing the floors to lift and gap. I contacted the company and sent photographs, they replied by saying it was my problem and it must be something we were doing. Riverside Pediatrics' billing department is the worst place to deal with. I received their service in January. As there was some glitch when the insurance add my new born baby to their file, they didn't receive the payment from insurance co. They sent me a bill. I talked to the insurance co and found the glitch then called Riverside asking to file the claims again but they refused to do it. Since then they keep sending me a bill. The insurance co said they would pay full amount if they received the proper claim. I have been getting calls from N.C.O collections on my private cell phone about 2 to 3 times a day. I have them it is not my debt and that my number is a cell phone and asked how they got it and was promptly hung up on.
