I purchased a 2008 Acadia new in August 2008.The vehicle was expensive enough but we bought the Cost Guard coverage as well. Be VERY careful with this company. This company is a subsidiary of a company called Nu Age which sells Resveratrol. After paying the fee for postage & handling for a one month supply of Resveratrol the Nu Age company gave my credit care info to Live Lean for Life who then charged my $24.95 for who knows what. i have never heard of this company nor have I ordered anything from them. I prepared my taxes online, I signed into H&R Block with my user name from last year, input my info and was logged off before I could finish, I was frustrated and logged back in with my current email address as my user name, I was charged double, 79.90 was taken out of my checking account on 1/31/10 and again on 2/3/10. They created a second account with my current email address and charged me 2 times. I called customer service and they would not refund one of those payments. I purchase a Straight talk prepaid cell phone back in the fall. I love it. I had unlimited calling, texting & browsing for $45 a month. Our previous mortgage lender (Taylor, Bean, Whittaker) apparently went under and our loan was given to Cenlar. I been tried to remodify my loan with Country Wide/BOA for more than a year now and every time I called in they would tell me to call back in 2 to 3 months and all they would said was at the time " you're current and we cant help you". I need to disconnect my 2nd line and when transferred to that dept, I get a recording that states they are NOT answering and that they are disconnecting my call. These folks delay the process for no good reason. I had to continue to press them to move forward on my refinance. Ended up with no refinance, because the lender they chose did not honor their own appraisal. They argued the point, then gave up without demanding a second appraisal (paid by the lender or themselves). In the end I was out the appraisal fee. By the end of two months the inquiries they made to my credit report caused my rating to slip and I had to requalify at a higher rate plus points. Home Angel Property Management located in Plainfield, IL is managing agent for Linden Woods Condos. All they ever do is raise the monthly association fee and the place is terrible. The building is diryt, always smells like smoke, holes in hallways, damage to carpets and walls, the parking lot is in terrible shape also.
