The company charges a monthly fee against the card balance without ever informing the gift recipient. They assert that the fee is disclosed in the service agreement for the card. But it is a Gift Card! I received a Gift Card as a present; I never received any service agreement with it. I canceled the orders because the trial was supposed to be free and yet there are charges against my card which they Customer service says they cannot see. I can see the transaction on my card as does the card issuer.
