I too, signed up for a 12 day free trial and did not receive it until 2 days after I called company to ask what the $99.10 charge was for. I was told at that time that the charges would be reversed. I received the trial pack the next day. I did received $49.55 back but the other half they say is for the first months product, which I haven't received and which shouldn't have been sent, since I had called and cancelled. I had a line of equity loan with CIT originated in 2006. That loan was transferred to Vericrest in mid-2009. I have made payments on time every month, always paying much more than the minimum monthly payment in order to pay off the loan. On 12/14/09 we recieved a letter from NCE stating that the State of NY had issues orders that American Medical Life Insurance Co., the insurance company that underwites the health plan, will discontinue offering it's insurance to members that reside in the State of New York, effective 1/1/2010. I have a 2006 Hyundai Elantra GLS sedan. I am very disappointed with it cosmetically. Within the first year the armrest cover came off because too little fabric was used to secure it. Now, the fabric on both rear door liners has come off due to the same reason. The dealer assessed that the doors had been abused.
