This is such a poor product of windows .I dont think its fair that I have to buya windows 7 upgrade to the tune of about 100.00 or more because you sold a inferior product Called Windows Vista ) which locks up and has to be completely formatted to make work again. You obviosly stated windows vista before you got bugs out, and windows XP still is superior to nvista by a long shot . Customer ordered HD TV satellite service ON 02/03/09 and was told price was guaranteed for 18 months but was told that it would only require a 12 month commitment over phone only to find agent was not truthful and the agreement was allegedly for 18 months. Customer was to receive 1 HDTV box and one reg box, customer never received HDTV box after many requests. This company has a slick ad on the internet that looks very legit. Hello, I have complaints against the 3 sears stores listed above.. First I went to the sale at Kinston. The sale started at 8:00 am. I have an extened warrenty contract with fidelity warrenty service and had to have my truck worked on at Gerry Raymond Dodge. the warrenty contract provides a rental car which the dealer set up for me the work was done 4-28-09 we paid the insurance decutable and the additional day rental that the contract did not cover to the dealership when the truck was picked up. I signed up for Express Paid Surveys then realising when i signed up and paid that it was an all american website and none of the surveys applied to me living in Australia. So i emailed them and they refunded my money. I thought that was over until yesturday they took out $140!!! It is pending so i cant touch it and i cant file a complaint through my bank. October 15 2009 I took my Motorcycle to Streit's Motorsports for Transmission repairs. I was told it would be 2 weeks since the motor had to be removed and split to get to the transmission. $20 Rebate offered at Frys is non-existent. Purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements on 12/15/09 with understanding on box and shelf label that Adobe will provide $20 rebate for the product. Additionally, Frys issued a "rebate" receipt noting where on Frys web site I needed to retrieve the rebate coupon/form necessary to receive the rebate.
