Agency President is a deadbeat. While doing business as the Blackwell Group, the president knowingly solicited and hired former recruiters presently on unemployment. The initial interview promised the individual(s) the opportunity of making huge commissions, while on assistance. He continually promised that he would keep the individual(s) "under the radar", while giving them every opportunity to succeeed. I had there subscription service, but will not be renewing. I have called multiple numbers, but I cannot seem to ever be able to get ahold of anyone. When you call for missed papers, you get a bust number that is never unbusy, no answer, or a person saying they will get it delivered and it never is. When you call for billing, you either get transfered to a dead line or have to leave a message on an answering machine and never get a return call. About 5 months ago I did get a hold of someone and she said she would put a credit on my account for 1 monht od no delivered papers, but that never occured and I have not been able to get ahold of someone since. read full review »

I'm a 50 year-old petite woman and tired of spandex and lycra in jeans. I want the old 100% cotton jean. I have been wearing my daughter's old Mudd and Arizona jeans because the fit and feel is better. After 2 hours of wearing stretch jeans they feel "stretched out" and dirty. I really hate the stretch fabrics, not to mention my 20 year-old is also now starting to complain about it. She agrees that jeans are not fitting good due to poor workmanship and fabric. At first myfax.com appears to be a reputable company, advertising and promoting a "free" trial, asking for your cc number, but states you may cancel within 30 days and there are no charges. We decided to try the "free " trial, and after 2 days, we cancelled, because we felt their plans would not work for us. After we cancelled . they immediatley submitted a charge for $25. which we are disputing. Beware of this deceptive company, which probably makes a lot of money using deceptive practices, Do not provide them with your cc number, because if you cancel, they will attempt to charge fee's. read full review »

i purchased a load of lumber and i had a price from another lumber yard to to show that lowe's was higher than the other place...lowe's policy is to meet the price and beat it by ten percent ...i showed the paper to the manager ..he replied that it did not include lumber...i checked with other lowe's places and they all told me that it did apply to lumber ..the man still refused to correct the price..i had the lumber already loaded so i took it at his price..he refused to discuss anything or even to call one of the other place... read full review »

Manger of Air Supply worked on my 1996 ford Truck. he said that he could repair the reason the Engine Warning light was coming on. I paid him nearly $2, 000 for mass air flow, O2 sensors, fuel tank and injector flush. he reset the engine computer so that when I picked up the truck that he engine light would not be on. I paid himn and drove it wawy only to see the light come on two mintues later. i took the truck back to him and he did more work to the truck for another $400. I must agree with the other complaints about PureTick. The only person making money in that room is Alex (from your monthly fees), any call that he does make, is totally untradeable as the Market is nowhere near the spot where the trade was indicated. If he is trading he (ALex) is getting out by the time you are getting in. They never show their DOM live (so you can see what they are doing) and when they do you see it is SIM. OMG!!! Where do I begin? I paid this company $8, 000 and once my payments were complete they stopped answering calls and returning emails. I specifically said I did not want a newsletter and they have hit my charge card with a monthly $10.00 charge. I called to stop it and they answer their order line to charge product but they do not seem to have anyone to stop the newsletter charges. I did not even get a newsletter but I did not want one anyway. I think the only way to stop these people is to close the card. People need to know they take your money and keep your card number for future charges you do not agree to, then don't stop the charges. This is a scam! We called to order 5 of these. Couldn't talk to a human. We immediately were asked to give our credit card number. Then had to contiously key in NO for different "upgrades" that we did not want. Finally we were so scared that we were going to get charged for these upgrades anyway, and we couldn't get talk to a human, I told my husband to just hang up. I had not been to a hardees in about ten years. When I arrived the line through the drive thru was all the way around the building, so I decided to go in after waiting 25 minutes I got the food. I purchased a Samsung 40in LCD TV which broke down after less than 4 months use. On contacting Samsung Customer Support I found their staff to be rude and obstructive. They were not the least interested in my problem (no picture on the TV, only sound) but instead droned on about Samsung's policies and procedures. Eventually they agreed to arrange for the set to be repaired by a company based 50 miles from my home. There was a delay of about one week before the TV was collected. My daughter went to Walmart, which boasts on their tv ad that they will match "any" ad of "any" store so you have one stop shopping, to purchase the WII fit, on sale at Meijer for 44. 99, this was on Thanksgiving day. She was promptly told that Walmart did not have ANY WII fits in stock and neither did ANY of the Walmart stores. How very convenient that none of the shelves were stocked with these items which beforehand were full of these items. Poo poo to Walmart's HELPING us out with our Christmas shopping - only when it is convenient for them. Our family is seriously considering not shopping at Walmart any longer. read full review »

I had a similar horrible experience with The Door Store. I ordered mirrored wardrobes on August 26th and was promised them in 4-6 weeks. When I inquired at the six week mark, they told me they would not be ready till the end of October (approximately 8-9 weeks). Finally, I told them I would be in NYC for delivery only Nov 9 or 10 which would have been 12 weeks since ordered and of course they were not ready. PayPal has refused to refund my money stating that the "services" requested from Bidaboom.com were provided by that company and therefore my claim has been disapproved.
