Worst Business Practices EVER! After being assured that the central vacuuming system I was about to purchase was a "universal fit" I purchased a power brush kit from them. We heard that the roasted chicken was "too die for" great. As it turned out, the roasted chicken was dried and overcooked. Even a day old chicken from El Pollo Loco would be a better bet. Do Not Hire Atlantic Electric operating out of Lorton, Virginia Atlantic Electric came to my house through my warranty company to fix my hot tub. Their “technician” told me it was the pump and the heater as the hot tub did not come on. They got us for $1, 000 and the hot tub is still dead. I Visted the Ago's restaurant owned by Robert Dinero in Los Angeles for our Honeymoon in January 2007. The service was very poor. The wine list was extensive but what was on the menu was not in stock. I ordered Spaghetti alle Vongote it was served very cold. My wife ordered Pescespada she enjoyed it. It's my fault, I usually check out people before I enter into a contract, however, a friend used this contractor and was pleased. However, after siging, samples were deleivered to my house. I visited my brother in louisville, ky and we went to pf changs in louisville and we never got after waiting nearly 2 hours. The customer sevice was horrible. They just forgot about us and there was attempt to let us know hou much longer it was going to take to get in. nothing was said. They did not even offer us anything to drink. Yon need to tell people the truth on how long it will take to get in. I think waiting 2 hours is too long to wait in any restaurt. The food here is just ok. We went when they fist opened and thought that it was just average. We decided to try them again since we live in the neighborhood and still the food was just ok. I ordered one of their specialty drinks and substituted Ketel One vodka instead of Cachaça and they added two dollars to the price of the drink. It was thirteen dollars. I buy several brands of organic bacon and recently purchased an 8 oz. package of Applegate Farms hardwood smoked bacon. In my line of work, I mail a lot of packages, so am familiar w/weights. I noticed this package, that had been thawed, seemed a bit light for their advertised 8 oz. on the package. I weighed the package on my scale, and it only weighed 6.9 oz. Someone should tell the salespeople at Saks to stop making it painfully obvious that they work on comission. I was shopping on the 5th floor and made the grave mistake of paying for my shoes and clothes at one cash register. Customer service at its poorest, paid for a phone line for 6 months that had no dial tone. Called them to say that we had no dial tone for them to come out and fix it. When they showed up they dialed the phone number they were coming to fix and, obviously, got no answer so they LEFT! the records showed that we were not home, after i had taken the day off from work to sit at home and wait for them! With the launch of Del Posto, Morimoto and Buddahkan, I began to worry that the American perception of ‘bigger is better’ would begin to build momentum for new and future restaurants in the city. Thankfully, this trend seems to be short lived. I understand that space is luxury, but I favor intimacy and the personality that comes out in the smaller to medium sized restaurants we have. At the start of the summer i signed up with IO digital cable. What a nightmare. Like a seinfeld episode i had to drive out to the house to meet the cable guy. He did not show up within his 4 hour window and finally after waiting all day i went out to get something which is when the guy apparently chose to arrive. fully 2 hours after the window closed. I cannot sleep on the bed. The dealer, Jim Corcoran will not help me and referred me to the Restonic rep and she gave me the run around. I am stuck with a bed that no one in my family can sleep on. I ordered products on 10-21-09 for a friends birthday to be shipped directly to her. As of 11-29-09 the products have never arrived. I have emails confirming my order, confirming the shipment was mailed, and the last email confirming the shipment was cancelled yet I have received no refund or been contacted by the company. I have attempted to reach the company via email (they provide no phone number) several times regarding the status of my order and they have never responded to any of them. Pet dermis sells counterfeit products sourced from overseas. The packaging did not look legitimate so I called Merial and they told me that the lot number was invalid and they told me to look for certain package markings that would be on legitimate packaging. I emailed Pet Dermis and requested a refund and told them that Merial indicated that the product was counterfeit but they refused to refund my money. We purchased a puppy from MD Danes on limited registration. We took the pup to the vet for the wellness check, and got the diagnosis of vaginitis, worms, and she was knuckling over, a condition seen in dogs where the ankle is farther forward than the foot, which, untreated, can cripple the dog. It is normally caused by malnutrition. The breeder has refused to communicate with me about my concerns (not answering e-mails), or me voicing my disappointment in the quality of puppy I received.
