We found this to be a very hostile work enviroment full of jealousy & greed. Unsavory cut throat work enviroment. Very nasty facilities located near a druggy homeless area. I am being mistreated by an employer. I have had my ass thretened to be kicked on numerous occasions and one was when i asked an employee to not smoke dope in a van i was driving. I got on the phone and this lady was talking fast and said something about $39.99 for some magazines and they were giving me 3 as gifts. Before I knew it I was being told that I owed them $39.99 X 12 months. Then I was told that I couldn't cancel so I stopped the card.They are now calling me everyday at least 3-4 times per day harrassing me with a fury! I ordered a free trial whitening systemoff the internet, and a week after i got it, a number from arizona called me several times a day for a week straight. It turned out to be this pristine health company wanting to know if i got the trial system and tried to sell me something else. I told them no, not to charge my account, i didn't want it. I thought that was the end of it until I checked my account today and they had charged me $87.62 twice. The bank is giving the money back, and a new card. I bought a bed(set) worth $1200 before I had my shoulder's rotator cuff surgery. I needed a mattress that will give support for my shoulder and relieve potential pressure from the surgery. They claim that it is my fault that a payment went through. I thought that by canceling my bill pay for my insurance 24 hours in advance that it would not go through. It did. It never showed on my account why and suddenly after only 2 purchases I was getting nsf charges. Noticed a weird third-party charge on my Qwest phone bill for something called CONXTR. $14.99 for "vmail srv" I never signed up for and had no clue about. Turned out I'd been billed without realizing it all the way from June thru November! This is a form of slamming I guess? The company agreed to a full refund and cancel the account. On November 12th of 2009 I purchased a used car from a man named Michael Esposito. Two days after purchase, the car didn't start for me. Court appointed attorney for my husband. we were not happy with this attorney. Had husband sign papers he doesn't remember signing due to medications. Then she left court room and he fell asleep. He had been mugged, beaten & robbed and had a broken foot. Although I told her he was in no condition to understand what he signed due to pain medications she stuck paper in front of him anyway and handed him a pen. Sound odd to you? That is fine but I have my phoneservie through Magicjack. I don't receive monthly phone bills. I make one yearly payment fo my phone service. Wow - this airline SUCKS! We just booked tickets. We were given a total price for the ticket and had to put in our credit card. AFTER THAT, they take you through a bunch of screens where THEY ADD ON FEES for luggage and a SEAT!
