I ordered a xb600 extreme electric scooter from the go store in Ohio It came from Alpha products in Iowa. This should have told me something!!! I had the scooter 1 1/2 months not to say it was not delivered on the date I asked and no tracking number. I sat at home for days wondering when it would get here . Went to Valvoline for a basic oil change and tire rotation. The service technician called me over to tell me had broken my wheel nut off while attempting to remove the tire. The damage cost me $165 to repair and Valvoline has been totally non-responsive in assuming liability for the damage or offering me any kind of reimbursement. Don't go here!! read full review »

I ordered a free trail of Acai Berry Detox which cost about $5.00. Little did I know, I was joining some sort of "membership" and would be charged about $80.00 a month. That does not include product!!! Here's how they are getting away with it ----- you have to read the Terms and Conditions on their website to learn about this so called membership. I am complaining of a recent incident I had with this company on refinancing my lst mortgage. Over a course of eight weeks, I was trying to refinance my home and roll my equity line into the loan. After receiving an appraisal, which came in a little lower than expected, I was told by the company that i would have to subordinate the equity line then refinance the lst mortgage. Please do not trust this company, they trade online as Batterytrader.com and they are very clever at how they avoid refunding even if you never receive the goods that you have paid for. I have tried through small claims courts and online through HMCS money claim and they know all the tricks in the book to avoid repayment. We used this courier and they twice smashed up items in transit, which is bad enough but to top that off they make it so hard to get money back for damaged they have caused. I purchased an engine approximately on the above date, they took the money out of my account and delivered it approximately a week later. When arrived it was damaged. I phoned to complain they put £100 back in my account to buy damaged parts to which I did. Fitted the engine lasted 3 days then ceased up. Cardsave are a merchant service provider company for retailer credit card services. They telphone companies to get unsuspecting retailers to change service providor, proclaiming that early termination fees from other providers are illegal, and that transfers are free of costs. My Boyfriend purchased X 2 tickets to see Bruce Springsteen in Rome on 19th July 2009 back in February. Title 9 waited over 6 months to bill me for a shirt I ordered in a store. I thought the bill was paid. Then, they email saying they made a mistake and were going to charge me. The main thing to understand when buying from the Cover Guy is that they are just a Middle Man. They don't make the covers, they just take your order and pass it along to the plant that will make it, and keep the difference. This company promised to help my family acheive a loan modification on our first and second mortgage. They charged us $2500, and then strung us along for nine months. Only after contacting the bank directly (and finally getting the right person on the phone) was I able to discover that nothing had been submitted on one of our loans and that the other request had been denied. I was never notified of anything and now they will not provide a refund as promised in our contract. I purchased a shelf corporation from this company back in October as part of a program to help establish business credit. TD Financial Products set up the shelf corporation but did nothing beyond that. I paid $6900 for the shelf corporation, $500 for a website and was billed $300 monthly for what I was told were fees to maintain webhosting, a virtual office and fax services.
