Back in July I ordered a supplement from gotbody.com. Recently while looking over my bank statements I saw that I have been charged $29.95 for four months in a row. I called the company and explained that I never authorized these charges. Chevy Chase Bank has the worst Treasury Mangement customer service department. Recently I got locked out of my Chevy Chase Online Access account and called the Treasury Management helpdesk. I left a message at around 8:00 in the morning. I called back at half hour intervals until 3 p.m. and never had any luck with getting a live person on the line. I've been buying the 2 smallest pouch sizes of tobacco that Gambler Brand produces (to use up the coupons). And I was VERY disappointed to realize that both sizes produced almost identical amounts of cigarettes because the smallest of the 2 pouches is loaded up with sticks to make up the weight! George Alarm is a company with incredibly poor customer service. They held me to a service contract for a service that was not being properly provided. When I tried to contest the termination fee imposed on me for canceling my contract as I was not receiving the service, they held me to a $250 termination fee. I made the biggest mistake of my life a year or so ago by buying in to a Trend West or now called Windham Resorts timeshare. Not only do they pressure you to buy as if you're being attacked by the mob, but then after you're an owner you start discovering all the lies and hidden fees involved in owning a timeshare. We spent $1500 on a glass top slide in Kenmore Elite range. The oven was used only 3 years when we started getting error messages when we tried to turn it on. We called an appliance guy out to check it and apparently the self cleaning oven feature burns out some of the sensors. He said that he is seeing this quite often with kenmore and whirlpool.
