I understand that you wish to have zero errors selling cigarettes to minors. That policy is all well and good. My complaint is not that you insist on having your customers who are obviously well over 18 years show an i.d. upon sale of cigarettes but now your sales people expect you to announce your age outloud! went to get an oil change, they have the 12.99 special, i have been here previously since i moved in the area about a year ago, so i/ve had 4 oil changes prior to this incident. I will have to agree with the other complaint posted on here about Jubilee Property Ventures. I entered into a so -called contract with Jubilee Property Ventures. They never performed... anything. My son encountered bad experiences staying in the Rancho Palisades Luxury apartment. In this apartment complex there are lot of break ins are happening. My son is robbed four times and beaten up. Management do not provide 24/7 hours security on the complex. I found their website by putting in the model of my laptop and the site popped up as having a replacement battery that I needed. It said that they were genuine Dell batteries. I am a 5 years WAMU customer that was very unfortunate becoming a Chase Bank customer when Chase bought WAMU. They constantly horassed all of thier tenants for the most minor things. While at the same time sending insulting police to enforce thier will on the people. The landlords constantly left papers and phone calls to make sure the tenants were submissive. While people who were leaving them were accused of damaged goods after a passed final inspection.
