I bought a remanufactured engine for a Dodge 2002 Stratus, and was sent a peice of junk engine. Parts that should have been attached to engine were not, cam gears were pitted and useless. On 11-13-2009 my wife took our car to Walters Mercedes for warranty work. Had a mirror fixed under warranty and service man ripped off part of mirror seal. Service writer said it was damaged upon arrival. OK damaged but still there, I get car back and now rubber seal between mirror and door is missing, torn off(gap between door and mirror now). I called to ask service writer why it was missing and he said it was damaged when it arrived. He never once asked me to bring the car back for inspection, nor did the Service Manager or General Manager. These guys are scammers. They advertise their products on Ebay classifieds, so they don't have to comply with Ebay's selling rules. Their communication is TERRIBLE and they do not ship specified products as promised. They will go as far as negotiating a price and delivery time, but when the time comes, they are nowhere to be found. If you plan to deal with these guys, I recommend you use Paypal and get everything in writing via email BEFORE sending any money. I live in NY and recently purchased an apt with Alberto Justo, plenty of buyers buy properties without even traveling down to see them, I made that same mistake. He found me the apt, the numbers made sense, he sent me pictures which he claimed he took of the place with his digital camera. I agreed to proceed with the purchase. I went to Ford Manila last Nov. 16 2009 to have my Ford Everest Serviced for 20K KM. I arrived at around 9:30 a.m. I learned that they do not accept drive in service but only through appointment. Well I sent everything necessary to get this full price and then after they receive my equipment they claim things were missing and the quality was not correct and reduce your price. I found hidden cameras and radio transmitters in the home I rented from Doug Carney. I believe he got them from the Deputy who owns the house next door since there was a buried phone cable found in the yard with paint that is the same color as the Deputy's house.
